Governance

Platform

Detection is a straight line.
Governance is a circuit.

Content, assets, and partnerships fail differently, so they get different workspaces. What they share is this loop, and the record it leaves behind.

The loop

Detect, prove, route, verify.

Most review tools stop at the first one. The other three are what turn a flag into a closed piece of work.

Nothing closes until thelive page has changed01Observe02Prove03Route04Verify
  1. 01Observe

Read the published page or asset, not the draft. Keep the snapshot it was read from.

  2. 02Prove

Attach the exact source, the version of truth it was judged against, and the full affected scope.

  3. 03Route

Deterministic policy assigns severity and owner, then sends the approved action to its destination.

  4. 04Verify

Read the published result again. If it has not changed, the work does not close.

The evidence model

Four things every record carries.

A finding that outlives the person who filed it has to carry all four. Drop one and the record becomes an anecdote.

Versioned truth

Approved brand facts, policies, and term lists are versioned. A finding records which version it was judged against, so it still makes sense a year later.

Source

Exact evidence

The quoted sentence, the page snapshot, the asset placement. Never a summary standing in for the thing itself.

Evidence

Deterministic policy

Severity, ownership, and routing are decided by rules you can read, not by the model that found the issue.

Policy

Durable history

What was found, who decided, what changed, and the rescan that proved it. The record survives the fix.

Record

The unit of work

A finding is the smallest thing you can act on.

It quotes the published sentence, names the approved source it contradicts, lists everywhere else it appears, and points at the person who decides. Everything else in the platform exists to produce this and then close it.

  • Quoted from the live page, with the snapshot kept
  • Judged against a specific version of approved truth
  • Scoped to every page carrying the same problem
  • Owned, routed, and closed only by a verified rescan

Approved brand facts say “meets IEC 61010 for laboratory use.” Nobody signed off on the stronger version.

The resolution principle

Connected resolution

Review can scale without creating another inbox.

Every connection fails closed until an admin configures it, and every external send or CMS write requires a preview and an approval.

Microsoft Teams

Pair a destination, preview the message, then approve the send.

Gmail

Send approved governance requests from a connected Google mailbox.

Framer

Preview an explicit draft or publish action before it executes.

Box

Authorise and allowlist the folder that can supply governed assets.

See the loop close on one of your pages.
